  13. Lowsec required serious revitalization regardless, the only thing of actual value there is moons. Which require active characters to mine. Not that having active character is a bad thing but null sec allows you to build supers capitals and rat for consistent income as well as set up really effective super umbrellas. Lowsec is this to a lesser effect, FW Update (though that's not the only problem) Update to add objective that are meaningful in lowsec Update citadel mechanics in lowsec as well might be needed. Changing of asset safety (potential not set in stone) These are some of the things that might help spread out some of the content in lowsec as well as ad more. Citadel changes might be the biggest on the list. Regardless as we shift from "empire building" focus to whatever CCP wants to make it about now things will inherently change. Here's to hope they do well.
  14. So the loop you mentioned is very similar to the same loop that gambling machines like slot machines try to instill. I'm saying this is one level removed from the mechanics, and in eve it's distributed to multiple mechanics through some simple in-game notifications. I'm saying that we need objective based gameplay, that drives conflict and engaging fights. And we certainly don't need more casino style mechanics.
  15. Compulsion loops are very specific to certain styles of games that aren't designed like eve online, creating objective based gameplay has nothing to do with your statement. "casino" style mechanics already exist, but they're linked into a ton of different activities here are some examples. Every time you guy a kill you've been trained to get excited for the "Ding" Every time your wallet goes up there is a reason it flashes in 'green" These are some of the things that we're trained as players to expect and enjoy. Also on a side note, your English is kind of hard to understand, so this could be a problem of miscommunication.
